Online Reimbursement Form: To be used for reimbursement on Budgeted expenses. The Friends of Strings does not reimburse for taxes. To ensure you aren't charged for taxes, print a copy of our Tax Exemption Certificate and turn it in to the business you are purchasing from.

 

All​​ reimbursement ​​forms​ ​must ​​be ​​accompanied​ ​by ​​the​ sales receipts. These can be emailed to us for our Treasurer to FriendsOfStringsAHISD @ gmail dot com upon completing the Reimbursement form.

*If​ ​you​ ​have​ ​a​ ​large​ ​invoice​ ​for​ ​a​ ​standard​ ​Budgeted Friends of Strings​ ​project​ ​such​ ​as​ ​Membership Perks,​ ​Concert Programs, Flowers, Special Events​ ​etc., the Friends of Strings Treasurer can​ ​pay​ ​the​ ​invoice​ directly ​for​ ​you​ ​instead​ ​of​ ​you​ ​paying​ ​first​ ​and​ ​being reimbursed. Please be sure to remind​ ​the​ ​vendor​ ​that​ ​we​ ​are​ ​tax-exempt.​
